Role: Salesforce DeveloperLocations: Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid Onsite)Duration: 12+ Months Contract Note: Candidate needs to be in the office 3 Days every week. Local or candidates from nearby states only. Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and talented Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Salesforce administration, configuration, and development, with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience. Salesforce Development:Design and implement custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Develop and maintain integrations with third-party applications.Ensure data integrity and accuracy through data quality assessments and cleansing. System Maintenance and Upgrades:Perform regular system maintenance tasks, including updates, patches, and data backups.Stay current with Salesforce releases and evaluate new features and functionalities for implementation.Monitor system performance and implement optimizations as needed. Training and Documentation:Provide training to end-users and colleagues on Salesforce best practices.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of customizations, configurations, and processes. Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.Salesforce Developer certifications are highly desirable.Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model.Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce development tools.Proven track record of successful Salesforce implementations and customization.Experience with Salesforce Lightning platform is a plus.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
