Our Client is hiring for a Director of Capital Management & Rating Agencies. As the Director of Capital Management & Rating Agencies, you'll oversee efficient capital deployment and manage ratings to support our strategic objectives. You'll collaborate across teams, develop allocation strategies, and ensure regulatory compliance. Additionally, you'll manage rating agency relationships in alignment with our business goals.Responsibilities:Develop and implement capital strategiesMaintain capital modeling and forecastingAssess capital stress testing and implicationsAnalyze financial data for improvement opportunitiesLead Capital & Investment CommitteeManage regulatory relationships and coordinate on BMA workstreamsDevelop ratings objectives and manage rating agency relationshipsEvaluate and execute credit risk transfer transactionsEnhance reinsurance business processes and toolsMonitor and manage the company's capital structureEvaluate debt management and execute debt transactionsMonitor market conditions and economic trendsManage investment banking relationshipsCollaborate with internal teams on strategic initiativesQualifications:Master's degree in business, finance, or related field preferredMinimum of 10 years related experienceStrategic thinker with proficient decision-making skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong understanding of insurance, accounting, and regulatory issuesProven analytical and problem-solving abilities
