Position Summary

A Procurement Analyst is a professional responsible for analyzing, evaluating, and optimizing an organization's procurement and supply chain processes. Their role is crucial in ensuring cost-efficiency, compliance, and the availability of necessary goods and services. ResponsibilitiesOrder Process: Orders equipment through approved vendors and tracks and reports until received.Sourcing Strategy: Aligns to Client approved equipment and models.Inventory Management: Creates and maintains inventory reporting by project.Process Improvement: Identify areas within the procurement process that can be streamlined or automated to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.Technology Utilization: Creation of warehouses by project and follow SOPs as defined. QualificationsPossess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of procurement principles and practices.Have excellent communication and negotiation abilities to interact effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.Staying current with industry trends and leveraging data analytics are essential for optimizing procurement processes and achieving cost savings. Experience with ServiceNow a plus.

Physical Requirements:Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on computer.Occasional walking between facilities.Occasional lifting, pushing, pulling up to 15 lbs.
