Commercial Property Manager

Our client, an established owner operator, is looking for a Property Manager to to oversee a large well-located commercial asset located in the Torrance/Seal Beach area. The role is five days in office. The company offers competitive salary with bonus potential and great benefits.Key duties and qualifications include, but are not limited to:Collaboration with ownership and asset management on execution of the business planManage assistant property manager and onsite staffingVendor and service contract managementTenant communication and requestsSupport of Construction Management on capex projects.Preparation and review of annual budget and opex.Monthly reporting, funding requests, AR/AP management, and lease administration.5 days on-site per weekKey Qualifications include:At least 3 years of experience managing large office buildingsProficient in Yardi Voyager and MS OfficeBachelor's degree from an accredited four-year educational institutionCA Real Estate License. Candidates without a license will be considered but will need to be licensed within a short period.Skills: good time management and tenant relations skills, financial acumen, leadership, and communication with strong attention to detail.Self-starterWorks well in entrepreneurial environment.
