Job Description:We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Estimation Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating endoscopes to determine repair needs and providing accurate estimations for repair costs. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to our customers.
Responsibilities:Inspect and evaluate endoscopes to identify repair needs and determine the extent of damage or malfunction.Accurately estimate repair costs based on evaluation findings and company pricing guidelines.Communicate effectively with customers to provide repair estimates and address any questions or concerns.Document evaluation findings, repair estimates, and customer interactions in our internal systems.Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient processing of repair requests.
Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in endoscopy or medical device repair is highly desirable.Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and understand complex systems.Excellent attention to detail and the ability to accurately assess equipment condition and repair needs.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaborate effectively with team members.Proficiency with computer systems and software applications.
