Position Summary

Under direct supervision, observes and operates bottling line equipment in a safe and productive manner to ensure that all packaging specifications and quality standards are met. The position follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.

Responsibilities

Attends to the operation of bottling equipment (filling machine, capsule machine, corker, labler etc.) including loading correct packaging materials into the machinery

Observes, identifies and corrects current and potential problems with line equipment and communicates to the appropriate person

Assists with maintaining case label requirements, including printing and application of case labels

Assists with regular inventory counts

May be responsible for production reporting and/or quality checks

Responsible for general housekeeping duties and maintaining a sanitary work area

Responsible for compliance with CBI sustainability policies and practices which are economically viable, socially acceptable and environmentally sound. This is done by supporting programs at each location for conservation, energy efficiency, and recycling, which are critical for our operations to achieve tangible environmental results

Safely-follow safe operating procedures, adhere to PPE requirements, and support safety programs and policies to safeguard personal safety, company property, environmental and team member’s safety

Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred and 1 to 2 year’s related experience (equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered)

Must be 21 or older

The Salary Range For This Role Is

$13.58 - $19.55

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
