The Role
We are working with an expanding M&E contracting business looking for a mechanical project engineer to deliver projects up to £10m mechanically.
You will be working closely with the main contractor and end client.
The company self-deliver most of the work, use specialist subcontractors, and price work subcontractors on packages.
You will report directly to the senior contracts manager.
Sectors Include
Retail, education and commercial building services. There are plenty of framework agreements and long-standing relationships with large builders.
Skills, Attributes And Qualifications
HNC or HND in Building Services of benefit Must have a time-served apprenticeship mechanical apprenticeship if not holding the above Strong time management skills Strong people skills Strong commercial skills
The role will suit somebody hungry to progress with an ever-expanding order book of strong and stable clients
