Position Summary
Provide Physical Therapy to patients in an out-patient settingCreate individualized care plans for each treatmentCollaborate with colleagues to optimize careGrow relationships with your staff and the community you supportUtilize a state-of-the-art EMR for documentation, reporting, and data collectionComply with all federal, state, and insurance-based rules and regulations
