Planner Scheduler I
📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to fill the position of Planner/Scheduler within our Permian EOR Plants in Seminole, Texas.
Team Responsibilities Include
Task planning and workflow coordination for multiple Crafts
Attend daily Plant meetings to ensure work is captured for planning and scheduling Plan, prioritize and coordination of both corrective and preventative work utilizing input from Operations and Craft LeadershipDetermine manpower, equipment and materials required for effective and efficient completion of planned workAssignment of both in-house crafts and outside resources for effective and efficient completion of planned workScheduling of planned work based on PSM requirements and production riskCoordination with Global Supply Chain / Warehousing around components and spares requirements for upcoming work Monitoring of budgeted cost/timing progress for scheduled work Generation and distribution of KPI reports (work order completion, equipment failures by type, work order planned vs actual cost, etc.) utilizing information from the CMMS (SAP)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in SAP Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel and SAP systems Good at math and statistics Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Excellent communication abilities High school diploma Data analysis Technical reporting Strong analytical skills and ability to apply analytical results
