One of the region’s most well-established Property Consultancies is actively recruiting Project Managers from Assistant to Senior level in Birmingham.
The Company
The client is one of the leading Consultancies in the region with huge growth plans for the coming years. They have a great reputation in the market and are working with some key clients. Projects can range from Public to Private sector to suit the candidates preference. Individual projects include working on Mixed Use Leisure developments, Commercial as well as Education, Healthcare and Residential.
THE POSITION
They are actively looking to recruit a number of Project Managers from Assistant to Senior level to support their growth plans in the region. The successful candidates will be given the opportunity to take full client ownership and work on projects across a range of sectors. Value of projects can range from £1 - £20 million. The projects will be across a range of sectors so would suit someone who doesn’t want to be pigeonholed on one type of project. For more senior candidates there is also the opportunity to get involved in local networking and business development working closely with the Directors.
THE CANDIDATE
The Successful Candidates Should
MUST have a construction related degree
MUST have experience working as a Project Manager on the Consultancy, Contractor or Client side
MUST have experience working on projects within Property / Building
Have both pre and/or post contract experience
Have good communication and client facing skills
