📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities

Night shift 5PM - 5AM
12 hrs per day M-F
40+ Hours typical/ 50 to 60 hours possible but 40 minimum
Maintaining plant production equipment by making repairs within scope of expertise. (various piece of equipment associated with the manufacturing - tapeline, tape/braider, plastic extruder, servo drive systems and PLS’s)Interprets and follows through on work orders following various safe work procedures.Makes mechanical and electrical repairs on plant equipment and performs preventive maintenance on a scheduled basis.Learns to identify equipment malfunctions and repair before catastrophic failure.Begins to develop expertise in a specialized skill.Becomes aware of all safety hazards and follow all safety policies and procedures.Maintains department records.Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.Requires expertise in problem recognition and specialized technical skills to develop solutions and action steps to a wide variety of difficult work assignments·Requires some personal initiative and occasional ingenuity, planning or organizing of work.Computer skills required. Interacts with peers, supervisor, and ******al / external customers.Sound decision making and problem-solving skills.Advanced mechanical electrical/electronic aptitude, including advanced experience with general hand tools and precision measuring equipment.
