Job DescriptionSince 1988, Energy Pipe & Supply has been focused on providing a new level of customer service in the Gulf South. The company believes that they sell service first, then the product.Over the past few years, EPS has seen incredible growth and has recently opened a new office/warehouse in Birmingham, AL. The team is looking for a talented, hardworking individual to help the Inside Sales team provide top-notch service to the Greater Birmingham area.Energy Pipe & Supply is family-owned business that gives every employee an opportunity to grow their knowledge, responsibilities, and career. Each team member is given the framework of their job responsibilities, and then they are given the freedom to complete those responsibilities. No micromanaging!
Objectives of this RoleThe position is responsible for supporting, fulfilling, and completing sales orders in the Southern Alabama market, and other markets serviceable by EPS. This includes completing RFQs/Inquiries and other types of customer requests, potential procurement, and the expediting of the order. Each team member is given the freedom to handle each order "cradle to grave".
Skills and QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED2+ years of applicable sales experiencePVF Experience is a +Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualitiesAbility to work with all levels of company staffComfortable delivering frequent direct written and oral feedback
