Key Responsibilities Include:Assist Controller with day-to-day accounting operationsMaintain accurate and up-to-date financial records by entering data into accounting software and spreadsheets.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reportingAddress inquiries and concerns from vendors and internal stakeholders regarding disbursements promptly and professionallyAssist with accounts payable and receivable functions as well as assist in data analysis and auditing of accounting system files · · Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.Reviews billing statements, invoices, and similar documents for accuracy; alerts supervisory staff of any Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data.· Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes Support the preparation of tax returns and compliance with tax regulations· · Assist in the creation of financial statements and annual reports.Learn and understand company’s CRM system for data retrieval and analysis.Provide occasional support to the company President.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholdersDiscussions involve confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communicationProblem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify process improvements · · Maintain confidentiality of all Confidential Information of clients and of the company.A commitment to accuracy with a keen eye for detailTake a customer focused team-centric approach (we're better together)Coach-able, Flexible, AccountableExperience with QuickBooks is requiredProficient in Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook) is requiredOutstanding communication/collaboration and time management skills
