Energy Modeling Specialist EnergyLogic is seeking an Energy Modeling Specialist! The Energy Modeling Specialist provides a crucial link between building design and building performance. They review building schematics to determine whether projected energy efficiency meets builder objectives for code and advise builders and design professionals on proposed specification changes using applied building science. EnergyLogic is located on the Front Range of Colorado, but this position can be fully remote, from anywhere in the USA. Job Details Full-time Hourly, non-exempt (eligible for overtime) Pay range is $25 - $35 per hour, depending on experience and demonstrated skill/knowledge Skills/Experience Comprehensive understanding of RESNET standards, as well the ability to interpret code Excellent organization skills, with the ability to effectively manage various projects at once Proficient, or ability to quickly become proficient, in the software used by our Field Services Team (our internal SW DASH, Ekotrope, Sketchup, etc.) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Extreme attention to detail required Responsive and reliable; answer emails, voicemails, Teams messages, etc., promptly, and professionally 1-2 years of experience with RFI/HERS Rater certification or demonstrated proficiency in Sketchup and/or HERS Modeler
