The Role

Our site in Burnet, TX is seeking a Logistics Technician to join our team.

In this role, you will effectively supply the manufacturing team with supplies and raw materials to support product-making for our customers. You will also play an integral role in continuous improvement as we continue to strive toward operational excellence. Attention to detail and safety are your top priorities.

In this role you will

Understanding Safety when working with chemicalsTransferring material through SAP to production/warehouseHelp putting items where they need to go after being received inInbound/outbound material loading and unloading, inventory control responsibilities, raw materials, small parts- participate in weekly cycle counts for accuracyMaterial packaging, chemical, parts, consumablesBulk tank delivery unloading, liquid raw material delivery into bulk storage tanksPhysical lifting up to 50lbs. single personHousekeeping daily regular routine inspection of work areaBasic computer skills, data entry, scanning, copying, e-mail, one to one communication skills

Traits we believe make a strong candidate

High School diploma or equivalent Working Efficiently with 100% accuracyAble to work well with others.Operate forklift safely preferred.Able to understand the importance of Safety.Understand the effects of movements with inventory accuracy.Forklift experience preferred.
