We are currently seeking an experienced Registration Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the registration process on designated projects. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing project budgets on Registration-only projects within the parameters specified by the client. The Registration Manager will lead the registration group and serve as the primary point of contact for attendees, clients, hotels, and other accommodation providers, as well as internal team managers. Additionally, the Registration Manager will lead the registration group on-site to ensure that all aspects of registration run seamlessly. We are looking for individuals who have strong group housing management experience, are capable of working independently, and have the ability to work effectively within a management team. The Registration Manager will work closely with clients and oversee the entire registration and housing process of programs to ensure flawless delivery and service. The ideal candidate should have at least 3-4 years of experience in a Registration role, and the final hiring decision will be made by the Director of Registration Services and the Officers of the company.
Primary Responsibilities:1. Planning, developing, and executing registration program operations2. Lead on small, mid-size and/or large events (approximately 500-15,000+ attendees) and/orparticipate in larger programs as a supporting team member3. Focus on events with complex housing parameters, including multiple hotels and sub-blocks4. Housing finance tracking and budget management5. Manage pre-program and on-site registration process6. Attrition and pick-up management7. Online booking tool experience, including Passkey8. Manage program budget and overall program management for Registration Only projects9. Manage data management for specific role and responsibilities within a team dynamic (depending on size of event) as needed10. Responsible for all program reporting, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data11. Manage and support all customer service efforts (phone/email communication)12. Creating reports in primarily Microsoft Office & Google Drive13. Constantly evaluate process and progress of assigned programs and recommend staffing and/or timeline adjustments14. Train all on-site registration desk staff on database and registration procedures15. Manage registration desk staff onsite16. Participate in site inspections (as needed)17. Act as liaison between project team regarding all registration facets of a program with focus onhousing18. Support development of registration websites, forms and materials in conjunction withOperations, Air and Web Development/Platform19. Ensure that all communication received from the client is effectively disseminated to the project team as well as attendees20. Primary contact with hotel CSM and/or Rooms Manager and outside vendors (for air andregistration-specific needs and out-sourced air and registration services)21. Manage room block/establish initial hotel contact22. Responsible for database customization and integrity of data23. Manage internal weekly registration meetings24. Report on program registration status at weekly registration meetings25. Assist in the coordination and monitoring of mailings26. Participate in any aspect of on-site program production that may be requested27. Responsible for final rooms and registration billing reconciliation28. Train internal team for any custom process for specific program (ie; Passkey, 3rd party registration system, virtual, etc.)29. Support Registration Trainer for any specialized training with registration area or 3rd partyregistration system

Education and Experience:Required:1. Bachelorβs Degree2. Experience with database systems3. Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)4. Minimum 3 β 4+ years of Registration event/program management experience
Preferred:1. Minimum 2 β 3 years of customer service experience2. Knowledge of hospitality operations and systems3. Knowledge of mobile apps and /or event registration systems4. Knowledge of Registration process for corporate events5. Experience with group housing management
