Behavioral Therapist

Entune Behavioral Health is an outpatient Behavioral Health Group that offers individual, couples, and family therapy as well as other Behavioral Health services in Arizona. We are currently hiring dynamic, Independently Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist in the West Valley to meet the high demand of our behavioral health services as we expand into a new market within the Phoenix area.

This position will coordinate care for clients with dual diagnoses, substance use, general mental health, serious mental illness, and physical health conditions. In this capacity the Licensed Clinician is responsible for providing a variety of outpatient therapy services to clients with mental illness, addiction disorders, trauma effects, and chronic conditions. This role will work in conjunction with other interdisciplinary team members to provide a continuum of services designed to aid in the client’s recovery goals and enhance outcomes.

Primarily responsibilities include:Maintaining confidentiality of records aligning with HIPAA requirementsAssessing for risk of harm to self and othersComplete initial and ongoing assessments of client’s assigned to your panelProvide individual, group, couples, and family counseling, maintain client-related paperwork (diagnosis bill, assessments, progress notes, and other required forms)Evaluation of physical and/or mental conditions based on review of information through staffing with the integrated treatment team and observation of the clientRefer members to community resources and internal services as necessary and engage in population health and evidence-based driven measures to enhance outcomes of the client and align with Entune’s values.· Independently Licensed clinicians will conduct reviews and sign off on assessments, service plans, and other IBHP requirements of BHT level staff.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related fieldActive License in the state of ArizonaIndependently Licensed clinician (required)Bilingual? – Annual Bonus ProvidedKnowledge of Microsoft Software especially 365 platformExperience with electronic health records (EHR)Strong organizational skills and communication skillsKnowledge of integrated healthcare delivery modelsSpecialty certification(s) - Annual Bonus Provided.Experience working with First Responders (Military, Fire, Police, EMS) a plus.*Qualifying licensing would include (but not limited to): LCSW, LAC, LMSW, LPC, LASAC, LISAC, LMFT
