We are a small, boutique firm, specializing in the assessment of asbestos, mold, bacteria and lead. Our service area generally includes a 60 mile radius around John Wayne Airport with the bulk of our business being in Orange County. Our clients include property management companies/large HOA’s, real estate developers, restoration contractors, insurance companies, general contractors, plumbers and homeowners. We have a solid reputation within our industry and pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and maintain a high retention rate with our clients.
Job Description: Enviro Diagnostics is looking for an experienced CSST who can be an integral part of our company’s growth. Our team has over 20 years in the industry and is highly motivated to service our existing clients and grow the business. The right candidate must possess the ability to follow instructions well, work independently, prioritize, multi- task, meet deadlines, be detail-oriented and a competent report writer. Ideal candidate will have two+ years of experience as a CSST, a friendly disposition and a willing attitude.
Job Duties: The essential functions include, but not limited to the following: - Independently travels to project sites to conduct asbestos, mold, lead and/or bacteria assessments and clearance testing. - Conduct asbestos surveys in accordance with AHERA protocol. - For each project, input field data into web-based program in a timely and efficient manner. - Collect all pertinent data in the field to produce accurate survey reports. - Complete all field data required in a thorough manner. - Prepare reports that are comprehensive, include accurate data with minimal typos and or errors. - Be able to properly communicate both in writing and verbally to clients.
Qualifications and Experience - DOSH Certified Site Surveillance Technician (CSST)In addition to the CSST Certification, the ideal candidate will also possess a CDPH Lead Sampling Technician or Lead Inspector/Assessor Certification as well as a Mold Certification from ACAC.- Must have a valid Drivers’ License and acceptable driving record - Active CSST Certification for California
