The engineering projects our company executes are water engineering based, which include process design, developing drawings (general arrangement and P&IDs), design and selection of mechanical and process equipment (Pumps, piping, process units), developing technical specifications and selecting/procuring equipment, and liaising with customers and the Project Management Team

As a Principal Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of our engineering endeavours. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
Strategic Planning: Develop engineering strategies that set the course for success. You’ll oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they’re well-planned and executed.Technical Design: responsible for developing designs, costings, drawings, and procurement.Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and guide them toward excellence. Your deep understanding of engineering principles will be invaluable as you lead and motivate teams.Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Complex engineering problems? No sweat! You’ll analyze alternatives and implement cost-effective solutions.Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Qualifications:Experience: Experienced engineer, preferably with water engineering. Background in mechanical, chemical or civil engineering is desirable.Technical Savvy: P&IDs, process design, mechanical equipment – you know the drill.Autonomous Dynamo: Juggling multiple projects?
