Senior Paid Social Media Manager

Envisionit, an award-winning integrated marketing agency based in Chicago, is seeking a Senior Paid Social Media Manager to join our growing team. Our clients span a number of industries including Consumer brands, Technology and Tourism, and our teams boast many talents across the spectrum of digital. The Paid Social Manager serves as the agency's social SME on platform capabilities, industry best practices and consumer consumption across options that best suit each client. As a result, they will take primary lead training and education.

Key functions:Translate client business and marketing goals into effective paid media programs including social, search, and programmatic channelsBe the agency's paid social expert, building new campaigns as well as auditing existing ones, with an eye on client growth and ROICreate strategic campaign recommendations across creative and media effortsDevelop, implement and optimize campaigns for assigned accountsBe accountable for the quality of day-to-day management including targeting, audiences, influencing creative, copy and UX strategiesCommunicate campaign performance and status to key stakeholdersCreate reporting framework, structure and MarTech & data integrations with Analytics teamDevelop reports that are insightful, actionable and improve ROI as clients scaleFoster relationships with partners and cross-functional teams

The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 5-8+ years of relevant experience.
