Co-Founder (Operations & Marketing) (m/f/d)

Are you excited to build an own early stage venture in the real world? Working with experienced Co-Founders to learn from and grow together?
We are currently starting another venture, which operates unique spaces where humans and technology meet. A blend of a modern Factory meets Soho House meets ANTI, a place where strong community forms at the intersection of technology & health, where entrepreneurs come together, build and feel like home.
We have our first beautiful space already (a wonderful location in Kreuzberg) and are currently setting it up. You'll be a full member of the founding team and have the opportunity to lead operations & marketing onsite. You'll become the heart of an amazing community, shape our brand and make sure things run smoothly.

A very unique opportunity to grow with an experienced team, based on a strong foundation already laid out.

Tasks

Your role involves be part of the founding team with a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to:

• Being involved in day-to-day strategic planning processes
• Leading the community and healthily growing our membership
• Shaping the brand, voice and vision of the new space(s)
• Handling daily operations and community management
• Managing stakeholders, partnership agreements and supplier relationships
• Leading marketing activities and defining our core channels
• Creating and maintaining an inspiring and trusted (social) media presence

Requirements

• You love building & creating things and taking on responsibility
• Background or degree in Business, Marketing or Creative Field (at least B.Sc.)
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude
• Analytical and structured problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Fluent in English and at least C1 level in German
• Curiosity and passion for technology entrepreneurship & communities
• Previous experience in fast-paced technology startup is a plus
• Being based in Berlin
