About the Position: Epic Special Education Staffing is looking for a Business Development Manager. In this position you will work to expand our business with new clients and build relationships with existing clients in school districts that provide special education services. This position can be located anywhere in the United States but will support a West Coast or Central U.S. territory.

About Us: Epic Special Education Staffing is a high touch staffing firm that uniquely caters to school districts across the nation to provide highly in-demand talent to support special education services, as well as other hard to fill specialty clinical positions needed in schools.

What You'll Do: Promote and sell Epic Special Education by executing contracts for recruiting services; develop and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts. Develop and maintain relationships with decision makers, including Directors and Superintendents.Identify and secure new businesses/networks and increase sales within existing accounts; transform sales leads and presentations into business. Conduct daily outreach through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and other avenues to market and grow sales and presentation pipeline. Conduct research to understand industry trends, news, and workforce to support your designated territory. Travel frequently within your assigned territory/area of business in order to generate and maintain sales.

Who You Are: You have the ability to effectively sell staffing services and negotiate contracts with clients and have strong communication skills with the ability to effectively solicit and provide information to and from appropriate individuals. You are driven by achieving measurable results, meeting sales targets, and exceeding business development goals. With a solid sense of independence, you also thrive in a team environment. You own your career development and work to continuously improve your presentation skills and use those skills to highlight our organization’s capabilities.

What You've Done: With at least three years of business experience, preferably in education, you have also completed a bachelor's degree. Proven ability in account management and ability to grow new territories.
