The Security Officer is responsible for policing hospital facilitiesProviding security checks at front entrance, detaining and questioningResponds to fire alertsAbility to monitor Close Circuit TVAbility to work indoors and outdoors in all types of weather
Job Requirements
Previous law enforcement experience preferredPrevious experience in a hospital or nursing home setting High School Diploma or G.E.D.N.Y.S. Security Officer License, current 8 Hour Annual Security Guard Training Certificate & initial 16 Hour on the Job Security Guard Training Certificate N.Y.S. Drivers LicenseBCLS via American Heart Association Knowledge of CCTV and Radio
