📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Position Description:Lean Agile and Organizational Changement Management Coach We are looking for a candidate with strong leadership skills who has a solid track record of coaching Global IT programs in the adoption of agile and scaled agile values and practices to create autonomous, self-organizing, empowered, and continuously improving programs. They must have a passion for helping others, making a difference in the results of IT's most important initiatives, and have the ability to influence at all levels of management. Lead or manage the OCM activities on a high-complexity, transformational, or program-wide change. Develop an actionable change management strategy for the change based on situational awareness Coach our new multiyear Material Management Program with multiple product line teams and assist them with their enterprise adoption of agile. Be a champion and coach and help mentor individuals in order for them to grow and develop and help guide and influence the leadership Team. As an agile coach you will facilitate learning through workshops, PI Plannings, align PI planning with 300+ interfaces and actively try to identify waste and areas of improvement that helps to create autonomous, self-organizing, empowered, and continuously improving TeamsSkills Required:Experience using a combination of lean and agile practices to help Teams succeed and organizations evolve. Work directly with sponsors/business owners of the change; understand goals for the change and be able to translate them into impacts to the organization Assess and manage risks based on adoption of change Strong understanding of Change management and have participated in a large scale agile transformation. Good working knowledge of the principles and practices involved in Continuous Delivery Continuous Integration, QA Automation Test Driven Development, Value Stream Mapping, Experience managing risk and issues across different work streams. Experience in interacting and communicating with Sr. Leadership, business and technology stakeholders.Skills Preferred:Having Experience will be plus Proactive mindset to learn, adopts, and leads others in new ways of working; Be A Change Agent Ability to learn quickly, fills knowledge gaps, and innovates. Excellent organizational and analytical skills Strong communication skillsExperience Required:8+ years’ experience working as an Agile Coach with agile software development Teams in a large corporate IT environment. 2+ years of experience in OCM 5+ years of practical experience applying agile and lean values and practices on large IT programs to deliver results. 5+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, Product Owner
