Salesforce Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Salesforce Operations Lead. This pivotal position involves overseeing the creation and allocation of Salesforce cases, providing comprehensive training to team members and cross-functional colleagues, and ensuring the seamless operation of our Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities:Create and allocate Salesforce cases, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution.Provide comprehensive training to team members and cross-functional partners on PEAQ case management within Salesforce.Maintain training documentation and coordinate training sessions, as well as facilitate access requests to necessary software.Utilize FAQs and reporting tools to handle inquiries and reconsiderations from Providers efficiently.Develop and maintain "at a glance" dashboard reporting to facilitate strategic decision-making for upper-level leadership.Serve as a lead coordination consultant for operational and project work, collaborating with various teams to assign Salesforce cases.Document workflows and processes to ensure clarity and consistency across operations.Undertake project management and business analytics tasks, including requirements gathering, to support organizational objectives.

Required Skills:Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management.Minimum of 2 years of experience in requirements gathering.Minimum of 1 year of experience in process management/improvement.Minimum of 1 year of experience in training delivery.
