JOB SUMMARY

As the Recruiting Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the recruiting operations function with project management execution and daily tasks. The TA Operations team provides recruitment teams with world class experiences to easily identify and hire top talent. We support positive candidate experiences, simplified processes, just-in-time training, and innovative technology solutions to procure the world’s best talent. The team supports five niche talent acquisition teams with numerous stakeholders across HR, IT, and the business. Your ability to build relationships and drive for results is critical in this role!

RESPONSIBILITIES

Supports recruiting in the design, implementation, and ongoing management of TA programs and initiatives.Provides timely and accurate analytics, data, and research support to various partners.Develops and/or participates in TA system administration and maintenance. Ensures system functionality is suited to the objectives of the TA team.Accountable for steps within broader project(s) or ongoing activities or objectives.Leads and/or participates in various ad hoc projects intended to solve specific problems.Manage the TA mailbox, respond to candidate’s inquiries regarding process, expectations, application status, or career site issues.Maintains and adheres to corporate standards and templates, plan documentation and other internal policies, procedures, guidelines, and practices.Ensures compliance with all processes, policies, and procedures related to the use and administration of the HR system.Ensures business processes and needs are met in line with service level agreements.Assists with special projects that support the TA business initiatives.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degreeMust have at least 2+ yrs. experience in talent acquisition.
