📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
What You'll Do
Facilitate, coordinate, and generate business solutions proposals for existing and new clients Support the end-to-end proposal development for multi-service/multi-business unit offerings with potential high complexity and high strategic importance to our business. The end-to-end process includes project management, proposal development, compliance matrix preparation and adherence, team coordination to meet internal deadlines, organize and schedule status reviews and color team reviews, and submission of all proposals within prescribed client timeline Assist in developing win themes and ensure themes are present and consistent throughout responses; provide a consistent voice to the response Use Project Management skills to provide overall management and direction of a bid response by securing necessary commitments, provide visibility of project deliverables, and escalate as necessary to ensure that timelines are met Maintain adherence to company policies and procedures with regard to proposal preparation Perform detailed compliance assessment of client RFX requirements against current and future product capabilities Provide strategy and management for overall RFX response content and messaging based on client objectives Produce compelling first draft cover letters, executive summaries, and value proposition statements adhering to client requirements Ensure answers are relevant and written well to present one voice throughout the document Ensure proposals and bids are compliant with agency specifications and ensure quality control throughout the proposal process under tight deadlines Manage post-proposal analysis of submitted RFX documents Design and deliver proposal development content and tools for sales teams to use when responding to proactive proposals Engage in peer reviews with other Proposal Development Team members Engage in additional project work required by the Proposal Development Team and/or the Strategic Growth Initiatives and Business Excellence team (SGI & BE)
What Experience You Need
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Minimum 7+ years of commercial and government proposal management experience Proposal development certification (APMP) Ability to work out of Equifax offices in St. Louis MO, Atlanta GA, or Reston VA Ability to travel up to 10%

You will be monitoring performance of network systems and advise management when additional processing or technology enhancements are required and perform troubleshooting of systems and infrastructure elements to support the diagnosis of problems
What You Will Do
Provide technical expertise needed to support day-to-day network operations Lead efforts to maintain and audit a rapidly growing network topology that must meet the needs of a challenging set of development, operations and business requirements Demonstrate innovative approaches to solving the unique challenges encountered and be able to maintain the security and integrity of the networks Create and maintain IT documentation Monitor performance of network systems and advise management when additional processing or technology enhancements are required Perform troubleshooting of systems and infrastructure elements to support the diagnosis of problems Support efforts to maintain complex and growing network topology that must meet the needs of a challenging set of development, operations and business requirements. What Experience You Need
BS or Associate's Degree or equivalent job experience required. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Network Engineer professional - Expertise in Cloud Network Minimum of 5 years of IP network support experience. Minimum of 5 years experience with TCP/UDP protocols, ICMP, VLANS, trunking, routing, subnetting, routing protocols (BGP,OSPF), and the ability to decode and review protocol traces. Minimum of 5 years of configuration & troubleshooting experience using Juniper, Checkpoint, and/or Palo Alto firewall. Cloud Certification Minimum of 5 years of experience in configuration and command set mastery of Cisco, Juniper and/or Arista switches & routers. Ability to participate in 24x7x365 on-call rotation.
What Could Set You Apart
Developed and demonstrated skills in Change Management, Negotiation and Influence, Network Infrastructure, Network Management, Operational Excellence, Technology Troubleshooting and Process Improvement Understanding of cloud technologies (AWS) and tools like Ansible big plus. An interest in working in a DevOps environment along with a desire to develop skills in network automation will be of benefit, as will an understanding of network security. A demonstrable ability to manage 3rd parties is also required to fulfil this role.
