There has never been a better time to join EQ. This position will is fully remote and will be a temp-to-perm role supporting the Corporate Client Services (CCS) processing team. CCS processes option activity for directors, insiders, executives connected to our clients, and has direct client interactions. Essential Functions/ResponsibilitiesCCS Processors are responsible for processing client transactions in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLA's). Monitor daily turnaround and prioritize work to ensure all items are completed appropriatelyManage email inquiries from clients, brokers, and account managers received in a shared email inbox.Manage the shared email inboxes to ensure all transactions received via email are scanned into the workflow system timely.Research, correct, and reconcile out of balances, resolve errors, and balance adjustments. Also responsible for training and providing feedback to new team members or managed resources.
