EquipmentShare is searching for a District Manager to help us oversee rental yards throughout our markets in Arkansas and Oklahoma.
Primary Responsibilities
Lead by example and inspire others to perform to their highest potentialEnsure maximum branch performance and manage operations to maximize the financial success of the branch office. Ensure branches in your district are successfully conducting safety and property audits each monthAssist with your district’s branch logistical management as neededMonitor metrics including, but not limited to: equipment utilization; underperforming assets; warranty recovery; billed mechanical hours; aged receivables and customer satisfactionAssist with purchase order and requisition processing as neededAssist with vendor management and vendor onboarding processes as neededIdentify areas of conflict and improvement across district and determine and implement the appropriate solution for the situationEstablish reasonable and measurable goals with well-defined expectations for your district’s team membersWork with each yard’s Branch Operations Managers to ensure the safety and security of each rental yardTravel required across the state/region

Skills & Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the rental industry or a similar field.Minimum of 10 years in a leadership role.Proven experience as a main leader or executive overseeing Profit and Loss responsibilities.Excellent leadership and people management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
