Responsibilities

Lead by example by inspiring the team to perform at their highest potential.Build and develop an exceptional team.Maximize branch performance by managing operations, balancing work hours and payroll, and conducting monthly profit and loss reviews.Monitor key metrics such as equipment utilization, warranty recovery, billed mechanical hours, and customer satisfaction.Communicate effectively and clearly with the team, keeping management informed of issues and actions taken.Resolve conflicts and establish reasonable goals with well-defined expectations for the team.Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

Requirements

Minimum of 10 years of experience in the pump, power, or HVAC equipment rental industry.Minimum of 10 years in a leadership role.Proven experience as a main leader or executive overseeing Profit and Loss responsibilities.Excellent leadership and people management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
