Job Description

Responsible for supervision of staff and trainees to ensure a safe and secure operation of assigned Social Development areas. Screens applicants for employment and makes hiring recommendations. Responsible for the supervision of staff. May act as the Residential Supervisor in their absenceConducts small group meetings, operates dormitory, coordinate services and resolves problemsSupervises students in performance of work detailsMaintains students' folders and logs: Dormitory activity, pack out, medication disbursement, and work ordersResponsible for observation and monitoring of staffRestocks dorm supplies, prepares student luggage for shippingEnsures supplies are delivered to each dorm in a timely mannerEnsures all Social Development programs or procedures are implemented in the dormitoriesProvides training to staff and studentsProvides feedback and improvement plans for those who do not meet expectationsOther duties as assigned

Qualifications

Associates degree required. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and related experienceMinimum of two years' experience working with youth or related experience and/or training, including supervisory experienceMust be able to work any shift and day of the weekValid State Driver License
