Accountant Responsibilities
Maintain financial books and records including costing, reconciliations, and analysis of accounts.Review and record transactions, exercising professional judgment to make accounting estimates.Asset accounting, maintain budgets, and communicate financial results and analysis to management so they have information to better manage the company.Review transactions that impact financial statements for proper accounting, calculate the cost of goods sold, and prepare and reconcile general ledgers and financial statements. Prepare and publish a variety of internal management reports and analyses, update budgets and projections, and work with auditors to complete the annual financial audit.
Accountant Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in AccountingTwo years of prior work experienceKnowledge of financial accounting standards, enterprise software, and business processes
