About this opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Construction Manager who has a leading, coordinating and supporting role regarding technical topics and solutions within a network implementation organization.
The job role is used for Wireline, Wireless and Transmission network deployment and can be adapted and for managing all implementation services - e.g. Network Design, Site Acquisition, Civil Works, Installation, Integration Services, etc.
What you will do
Responsible for management of activities and personnel from Ericsson, our Customers and Suppliers according to Ericsson requirements and Customer contractBudget responsibleEnsure work is executed within in the Project OHS requirementsOrganize and coordinate rolloutsHandle work orders and compensationPlan and follow up of quality assurances
The skills you bring
Minimum of bachelor level degree, in engineering (IT, Telecom), or 3-5 years’ experience of leading a deploy system testing teamMinimum 5 years of direct experienceYou will need to have excellent Leading & Supervising skills along with an Entrepreneurial mindsetCoping with pressures and setbacksDelivering results and meet customer expectationsPlanning and organizational skills for large projects
Additional Requirements
ISEB/ISTQB Software Testing Qualifications Would Be An Advantage
