📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
SAP IT Director-Great Culture! Full Time, Hybrid, Unlimited PTO!
What we are looking for: Oversee all phases of future SAP projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management to ensure the ERP system aligns with company-wide growth goals. Develop and implement a resourcing strategy that delivers the most cost effective and appropriate mix of internal and external resources, optimizing the respective solution delivery IT team to improve service, increase delivery and reduce costs. Lead and mentor a team of IT business analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. Manage relationships with SAP and other technology vendors to optimize system performance and cost-effectiveness.
What you will need: 10+ years of experience in SAP systems5+ years in a leadership role. Leadership skills, with the ability to develop and communicate across the organization, inspire, and motivate staff, and maintain alignment with the business strategy. Strong understanding of SAP functional and overall end to end processes and full SAP systems life cycle solution deployments experience. Proven performance as an information technology leader in a complex, global organization, including demonstrated examples of management through influence and collaboration in complex, multi-site global environments. Strong business acumen, including manufacturing industry- and domain-specific knowledge of the organization and its business units. Familiarity with industry trends and innovation.
