Company Description Esperanza Behavioral Health LLC (EBH) is a Sacramento-based organization that provides high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families impacted by autism. Our mission is to guide individuals in developing social skills and friendships, ultimately improving their quality of life and their ability to navigate the complex world.
Role Description This is a part-time in-home based role for a Behavioral Health Technician. As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will be responsible for implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, collecting and analyzing data, and providing direct care and support to individuals with autism. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for our clients.
Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior AnalysisExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to implement behavioral interventionsUnderstanding of psychology and its applications in behavioral healthAbility to collect and analyze data to inform treatment plansExperience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disordersAbility to work effectively in a team-based environmentCertification in Applied Behavior Analysis (BCBA or BCaBA) is a plusBilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
