Role Overview:As an IP Litigation Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting attorneys in the practice of intellectual property law, focusing on patent litigation and prosecution.

Duties and Responsibilities:Assist in preparing documents and submissions to U.S. International Trade Commission, U.S. Department of Commerce, USPTO, and U.S. District Courts.Provide case management for patent litigation in federal district courts, appeals before the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, and actions before the U.S. International Trade Commission, USPTO, and Patent Trial and Appeal Board.Manage discovery process and trial preparation.Prepare for and attend depositions and trials, including coordinating logistics, and preparing witness files and exhibits.Draft motions and pleadings.Bluebook/Cite check, proofread, and assemble exhibits.
