Job Title: Graphic Designer Creative and MarketingLocation: Hammonton, NJPay Rate: $37 Per hourDuration: 06 + Months Contract to Hire
Job Description:Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Works with Creative Director and design team to develop print and digital materials such as benefit guides, postcards, posters, email campaigns, inserts and more for a wide variety of clientsExecute design, page layout and copy edit solutions in a professional and consultative manner to satisfy client and consultant needsAccurately prepare files for print and translation services with adhering to specifications provided by the Production ManagerCollaborates with different business units (ex: Communications Consultants, Health Solutions, Workforce Management) when needed to understand business requirementsWorks independently and manages multiple projects on tight deadlines when requiredRoutinely produces quality work even under deadlinesEnsures proper workflow and procedures are followedHelps develop and bring new creative ideas to the business to raise brand awareness and drive customer engagementStays on top of industry design trends, processes and toolsPerforms other duties as assignedBachelors Degree or equivalent work experience or Degree in Graphic Design/Similar Field preferredPortfolio showing examples of work and your roleExceptional design skills with attention to detailsFluency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design toolsExpert in Adobe InDesignCritical thinker who can bring new concepts to lifePositive attitude, forward thinking, personable and open to critiqueExperience in Health Insurance Benefits a plus but not requiredCopywriting, video production and/or technical skills (Front End Development, UI/UX/IA, etc.) a plus but not required
