Tax Operations Analyst

Job Role - Tax Operations Manager Location - Jersey City, NJ - OnsiteDuration - 12 Months Work within one or more global Tax product management teams to communicate requirements to support the Share works Stock Plan Tax processes and systems• Work with tax ops to understand processes and systems that execute against regulatory requirements• Partner internally and with senior stakeholders to understand and identify change opportunities• Understand the strategic Change agenda and assist in completing budgeted deliverables• Assist in creating JIRAs and document agreed upon requirements to enhance systems/processes• Provide senior management reporting and status updates• Manage and run the annual runbook for tax reporting to ensure tasks are assigned, completed and closed• Escalate any obstacles that may hinder meeting Client communicated dates or regulatory deadlines• Perform all required testing of updates/enhancements to forms, files and processes etc.• Manage any special handling requirements for clients inclusive of tax form amendments for clients• Update processes and procedures policy portal as required
