Role DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced tax CPA that can assume ownership of our business in the Austin market. This is an opportunity to take equity your own accounting firm, without any of the downside risk associated with going out on your own. The firm will provide all of the necessary support required including administrative staff, an accounting team, plus training on how to manage the business.
QualificationsMust be a CPA licensed in the state of TexasMinimum of 7 years of tax preparation experience, including forms 1040, 1041, 1120S, 1120, 1065. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills with the ability to build strong client relationshipsStrong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
BenefitsBase wage of $125,000 per yearProfit interest which can max out at $200,000 to $400,000 per year in addition to base salary. Evans Sternau CPA offers an open vacation policy. Time off is allowed, as needed, as long as it does not interfere with the employee's ability to complete their work in a timely mannerHealth insurance, 50% paid by company, after one month of employment401(k) with 3% match after 12 months of employment
