Department Description

The Out of Home Investment team at Evergreen is a full-service OOH shop that handles everything from idea conception and client brief, to post-campaign analytics. The team consists of ten people split into two groups. The Supervisor will be a part of a team of 6 that handles various accounts, including Altice and 7-Eleven.

Position Description

The ideal candidate has experience planning and buying Outdoor campaigns across multiple markets in the US and can hit the ground running. We are looking for an upbeat, outgoing Supervisor with strong written and verbal skills. Our goal is to provide this person with continued growth opportunities by having them lead accounts, foster internal and external relationships, participate in client meetings, and negotiate trade deals.

Duties And Responsibilities

Media Buying and Planning

Manage and lead key agency accounts being both the internal and external day-to-day contactSteward OOH media plans from inception through completion, and ensure deadlines are met

Managerial Responsibilities

Supervise Associate and/or Buyer’s day-to-day workloadManage internal agency relationshipsParticipate in strategy development and brainstorming meetings

Administrative and Networking Responsibilities

Oversee contracting and billing processes to ensure accuracyWrite department POVs and newslettersDevelop and maintain strong media vendor relationshipsBe an active participating member of relevant industry organizationsAttend industry and client related functions

Knowledge & Skills

Minimum 5 years of relevant work experienceExperience using Geopath toolsExperience in DoMedia is a plusIn-depth knowledge of Microsoft OfficeProficient understanding of media planning terms and concepts such as GRPs, ROI, Reach and Frequency, as well as OOH Ratings

Core Competencies

Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread documents for accuracyMust be highly organizedPossess strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to integrate and work successfully with various agency teams, handle multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines under pressureKnowledge of various OOH tools and studies available and how to apply each

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000

The above represents the expected base salary range for this role. Exact compensation is determined by level of experience, location, and other job-related factors.
