Senior Recruitment Consultant

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Business development or full desk.· Build your book of business and work with clients all over the USA.· Be a leader and role model for experienced and entry level staffing professionals· Create and own the processes around delivery and business development within the Life Sciences space.· Full autonomy from the start, recruit how you want to recruit, get clients the ways that work best for you!· The southern California meets twice a month in Newport Beach
IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?We are open to profiles with 3+ years of Life Sciences staffing experience focusing on business development or Full Desk.
