Job Description: Oracle CDM BSA can design an overall solution architecture and product-specific configurations to create sustainable mature solutions for our clients.● Execute projects where CX products are either part of a multi-pillar implementation or the whole solution.● Define and help develop required product extensions, integrations, and reporting to drive the delivery of services.● Develop L1, L2, and L3 flows to describe and standardize business processes related to the Customer/Supplier data hub.● Experience in implementation projects. Working with large and diverse teams in multiple locations● Manage project escalations independently and raise issues to executive management as appropriate.● Experience in Documentation and Workflows
