We are searching for an experienced transactional Associate that can bring over portable business.
The Associate will be working on drafting and negotiating contracts, corporate and shareholder agreements, real estate closings, asset protection, and trust & estate planning.
Position is onsite with some flexibility for occasional work at home.
Ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience with $200K+ in portable business. Target compensation is $130K - $150K plus commission, so W-2 can be significantly higher.
