In this role, you'll have the opportunity to define and deliver innovative solutions across our Data & Analytics, Clinical and Pharmacy Services, and Payment Services divisions.
About the Role:As AVP, Health Solutions, you'll be at the forefront of driving impactful solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. From developing proposals and client presentations to pricing strategies and responding to inquiries, you'll play a vital role in aligning client expectations with our internal capabilities. You'll be leading initiatives in Population Health Analytics, Utilization and Care Management, Payment Integrity, and Risk Adjustment.
Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with product and development teams to tailor solutions to client needsLead solution planning and deal shaping for qualified opportunitiesCraft compelling stories for bid responses, setting us apart in the marketplaceEnsure profitability of proposed solutions through strategic pricingPartner closely with Sales and Account Management to refine solution architectureSupport global solution and bid team efforts to drive successContribute to analyst briefings to enhance market understandingDevelop standardized documentation and pricing approaches for solutions
What We're Looking For:Deep understanding of healthcare services and productsExpertise in clinical programs, payment services, and healthcare operationsProven ability to thrive in matrixed organizationsFamiliarity with digital technology landscape and its healthcare applicationsAdvanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPointExcellent communication, project management, and time management skills
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree7-10 years of experience in healthcare analytics, clinical, and payment servicesExperience working across provider and payer stakeholders3+ years of solutions development and delivery experience
