Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Grant Accountant. The Grant Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, completing financial statements, creating journal entries, analyzing financial data, reconciling accounts, and creating financial reports. The role requires regular communication with program managers and grantors to ensure compliance with grant requirements.
QualificationsStrong knowledge and experience with financial statements and journal entries (accounting)Excellent analytical skillsExpertise in financial reporting Experience with account reconciliationProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Including VLOOKUP and Pivot TablesExperience with SAGE Intacct Accounting Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related fieldExperience in non-profit accounting or grant accounting is a plus.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation
