📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Our client, in Media Industry is seeking a Cah App Specialist to join their team.This position involves payment application to multiple client accounts.
Primary focus on lockbox and credit card payment methods but may also include ACH/Wire.This position requires that the individual be detail oriented, able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Job Title: Cash Applications Specialist
Location: San Antonio, TX
Pay Range: $18/hr
What’s the Job?
Review, research and apply payments to invoices or sales orders. Review dashboard assignment daily and follow up on any tickets created or emails sent for ARS review. Work with Management and Technical Team Leads to complete all Special Project tasks assigned. Participate in all eLearning, Refresher Training and Process Improvement
What’s Needed?
High School Diploma or GED equivalent Experience 1-2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable desired Must have excellent attention to detail. Must have solid analytic skills.
