Cash Management Analyst
About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cash Management Analyst to join our team to work with our fortune 50 financial clients. In this fast-paced role, you will play a critical role in supporting our client’s institutional investors (large corporate investment entities) by handling their cash management needs.
Location : Charlotte, NC
Schedule : M-F, likely schedule is 9-6 with 1 hour break. 5 days in office mandatory
Duration : 5 months contract
Pay rate range : $25 - $27/hr on W2
Responsibilities
Manage cash flow for institutional investor accounts, including keying client wire payments, responding to sales and other LOB (Line of Business) inquiries, and ensuring timely application of payments. Maintain accurate account records and ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements. Work collaboratively with the production team to complete assigned tasks within established timelines using a shared task checklist. Utilize Symphony chat system to effectively communicate with Sales and partners across different LOBs. Assist with covering for associates on leave, demonstrating the ability to quickly adapt to a high-volume production environment.
Qualifications
Two (2+) years of experience in cash management, preferably within a Broker-Dealer or related environment (experience with trade proceeds or rate activity is a plus). Prior experience working with institutional investors is highly preferred. Possession of Series 99 or Series 7 securities license is a plus. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including v-lookups and pivot tables. Strong self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
