Job Title: Data Analyst
Work Schedule: Hybrid
Work Hours: Monday to Friday (EST 8:00am – 5:00pm)
Contract Details: 12 month contract to hire
Pay Rate: $ 42hr

The Analyst will support TFS execution performance optimization through data analytics expertise. Responsibilities include gathering, integrating, analyzing, and interpreting execution-focused data to develop actionable insights for TFS stakeholders. This involves collaborating with stakeholders, understanding project goals, analyzing data trends, and presenting findings in a clear format.
Key Responsibilities
Access, review, and compare data from various sources to ensure accuracy and proper reporting. Provide forward-looking recommendations based on data trends to improve safety, productivity, and performance. Assist in establishing new analytics and goals with key stakeholders. Communicate data insights effectively to TFS management and stakeholders. Develop performance metrics for process/productivity improvement. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities in data trends. Maintain and develop an index of TFS reports. Collaborate with departments to support high-level KPIs.
Requirements
Proficiency in PC-based Windows software, including Power BI and Microsoft Office applications. SharePoint experience is preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate compliance data. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders. Education: Associate's Degree with four years of experience, or High School Diploma/GED with six years of experience in an analytical or technical field. Bachelor's Degree preferred with two years of experience. Preferred Location is New Albany, OH, but other areas within the service territory may be considered based on availability of workspace. Candidates must reside near the work site for in-office work days as needed.
