Position Summary
We are seeking a Lead HR Product Analyst (Workday), HR Systems, to join our HR Employee/Labor Relations Services Team within Traditional Product Management. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to Human Resources transformation by delivering new experiences to our team through process and technology enhancements. The ideal candidate will play a key role in leading the delivery of compelling and integrated HR technology solutions while ensuring alignment with HR Product and Portfolio Management standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Evolve the HR Portfolio and roadmap in collaboration with Product leadership, HRIS, HR business owners, and other stakeholders across the organization. Collaborate closely with business partners to assess business requirements, plan projects, and participate in efficient development, delivery, and deployments. Act as the highest-level internal consultant within technology and business groups, driving the building and/or re-engineering of HR technical and business processes and tools for greater efficiencies with significant business impact. Lead the planning, support, and execution of user acceptance cycles, including identification and documentation of all relevant test scenarios and test cases. Produce effective documentation to capture and communicate business processes and requirements using various formats such as flow diagrams, data definition documents, decision trees, and user experience flows. Mentor and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group. Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements effectively and gain a detailed understanding of client objectives and desired outcomes. Partner with client areas to analyze complex business problems and lead the execution of solutions using automated systems such as ServiceNow and Workday. Manage multiple stakeholder groups including global business teams, risk management, compliance, legal, and data privacy. Own and execute system administration/configuration for Workday/ServiceNow, including configuration, business processes, security & compliance, notifications, auditing, and data quality management. Drive and maintain capability-specific vendor-led releases and system enhancements, including configuration, development of new features, and test plan creation and execution. Assist in decomposing epics into effective user stories and maintain task status in JIRA or similar Agile management tool. Work with user groups to assess needs and recommend changes, ensuring cross-functional dependencies are managed to execute projects with quality and on-time. Contribute to delivering long-term, large-scale solutions considering global market dynamics, trends, regulatory impact, and risk management.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Desired Qualifications
4+ years of HR Systems experience (e.g., Workday Core HR Configuration, Union Configuration, ServiceNow HRSD) preferably in a global environment with multiple integrations. 1+ yearsβ experience with Workday and ServiceNow integrations. Experience operating in an Agile environment and/or strong knowledge and understanding of Agile methodologies. Experience leading and facilitating workshops and discussions to meet client objectives and desired outcomes. Experience managing complex technology projects and presenting to multiple levels of management. Knowledge of HR Workday business processes. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills with the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.
