📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Our client, a leading Food Manufacturer, is seeking an Operations Manager to join their team.
The Operations Manager will manage all production departments so they can achieve and exceed standards within a budgeted framework. The position also entails setting up individual and company goals for improving sales, profits, and product lines. Initiate and implement cost savings and continuous improvement ideas while ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.

Pay Range: 100,000 – 130,000
What’s the Job?
Manage and evaluate operations supervision and operations support personnel . Responsible for coaching and development of supervision in the operations group. Monitor product quality during production while meeting/exceeding standards. Follow all plant, safety and GMP guidelines, addressing any deviation when it occurs.
What’s Needed?
Bachelor’s Degree is required 7+ years’ experience in food manufacturing OSHA Awareness & SQF Familiarity is Required
